Every photographer and filmmaker dreams of working on a big movie set at least once in their career. For us at Manjeet Studio, that dream became a reality when we got the opportunity to contribute to the drone shoot of the Punjabi blockbuster Carry On Jatta 3. It was an experience that we will always remember with pride.
From the moment we arrived on the set, we could feel the excitement and energy all around us. A movie set is a completely different world where every person has an important role to play. Seeing directors, actors, camera operators, and the entire crew working together with such dedication was truly inspiring. It reminded us that great films are created through teamwork, patience, and attention to every small detail.
Our responsibility was to capture aerial visuals using drone technology. Although flying a drone may seem simple from the outside, achieving smooth and cinematic shots requires careful planning, technical skills, and perfect coordination with the filming team. Every flight had to be planned according to the scene, lighting conditions, and movement of the actors to ensure the final footage looked natural and visually appealing.
One of the most rewarding parts of this experience was watching how every scene came together. Seeing our aerial shots become a part of such a well-known Punjabi film gave us immense satisfaction and motivated us to continue improving our craft. Moments like these remind us why we are passionate about photography and cinematography.
Working on Carry On Jatta 3 also gave us the chance to learn from experienced professionals in the film industry.
